In today's world of athletic performance, it has become essential that athletes take necessary steps in order to prepare themselves physically and mentally. This ensures in giving the athlete the best possible opportunities to increase performance and longevity. Below we have designed a simple exercise program that focuses on activating key movements, muscle groups & joints. This can be a daily routine that takes minimal equipment and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
It is suggested that you can use this routine 3-4 times per week as prehabilitation, warm-up routine & rehabilitation. It is important that all exercises are performed correctly through proper movements and standards. All the exercises specified in the program have been linked to video demonstrations that are encouraged to be watched.
